Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. You can expect to receive an email within this time frame to let you know that your order is on its way.

Local Delivery

For customers within our store location country, we offer a local delivery service. During the checkout process, simply enter your address and choose the ship option. If eligible, the local delivery option will be available. Orders placed before 4:00 PM local time, during our store hours, will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping

For customers outside of our store location country, we offer flat rate shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using our trusted shipping provider. The standard delivery time is between 2 to 7 days. Please note that a flat rate shipping fee applies to these orders.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping worldwide. During the checkout process, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed. The estimated delivery time for international shipping is between 2 to 9 days. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will work towards a satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis.
